Malta 2 euro 2023 - Birth of Nicolaus Copernicus - Coincard FDC

The coin commemorates the 550th anniversary of the birth of astronomer Nicolaus Copernicus. On the right side in the central part of the motif a profile portrait of Nicolaus Copernicus is placed on the background of a stylized heliocentric model of the solar system of his creation.
