This silver coin is of Australia's Most Dangerous series, from the producer Royal Australian Mint. The coin depicts a great white shark leaping from the ocean with jaws open. It is one of the largest predatory sharks. These sharks can grow up to six metres and live as long as to 70 years. Although dangerous, sharks play a key role in keeping our oceans healthy, their preferred diet consists of fish, whales, turtles and seals.
The coin has a limited mintage of 1 000 pieces.
