We are pleased to present the second coin in the Faerie Queene series. The series is inspired by Edmund Spencer's epic medieval poem about Una and the lion. The legend has become a symbol of strength, honour and perseverance. The reverse of the coin features an image of Princess Una and the Lion. The obverse features an image of Queen Elizabeth II, along with the denomination, date of issue and issuing authority (St Helena).
The limited mintage of this coin is only 1,000 pieces.
