The controller, on the basis of Article 6(b) of the GDPR, for the purpose of performing the contract, may make user data available to third parties, in particular Germania Mint Sp. z o.o., Germania Mint Packaging sp. z o.o., Germania Mint Services Sp. z o.o., to the extent that these companies, under agreements concluded with Germania Mint Invest Sp. z o.o., perform activities related to the provision to which Germania Mint Invest Sp. z o.o. is obliged.
14. To the extent necessary for the proper performance of the contract, in accordance with Article 6(b) of the GDPR, personal data may also be made available to other cooperating entities such as accounting, legal, IT and courier companies.
15. The person providing the data has the right to access and correct the personal data provided, as well as the right to request cessation of their processing and storage. All requests should be submitted to the address of the data controller or to the e-mail address: rodo@germaniamint.pl.
16. Deletion of personal data at the request of the data subject results in deletion of the account, and in the event of a subsequent purchase, re-registration is required.

In connection with the development of Germania Mint Invest Sp. z o.o., the company reserves the right to introduce changes to the Privacy Policy, excluding changes concerning disclosure to third parties of personal and address data of the data subjects. Therefore, regular review of this statement is recommended.
