ORDER FULFILLMENT

After placing an order, the Customer receives an automatic notification confirming receipt of the order by Germania Mint Invest, and then, in a separate email with a proforma invoice, which constitutes the final order confirmation and the basis for making payment. The total amount to be paid may differ slightly from the value of the order placed.
This is influenced by two factors that may occur: price update and additional delivery cost.

Due to frequent fluctuations in precious metal prices, product prices are updated continuously.
-
Orders placed on business days between 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM are calculated according to the current exchange rate and metal price.
- Orders placed on business days after 4:00 PM and on non-working days will be recalculated at the currency and metal rate from 8:00 AM of the next business day.

Therefore, in order to begin order fulfillment, it is necessary to pay for it and have it posted to the bank account within 48 hours of receiving the proforma invoice.

PAYMENTS

Please make payments for placed orders by BANK TRANSFER based on the proforma invoice, sent to the Customer's email address.

We accept several currencies for bank transfer (PLN / EUR / USD).

These currencies are available in the GMI B2B platform, and the Customer can select one of them before starting to compile the order, as well as change them while assembling the "Cart".
