Lithuania 2 euro 2023 - Kartu su Ukraina

The €2 Lithuanian commemorative coin is dedicated to Ukraine's struggle for freedom. The coin depicts a stylized sunflower, whose petals resemble silhouettes of people embracing and protecting each other. The sunflower was designed as a rising Sun - hope for a new beginning and the birds in the background are a symbol of freedom, hope and courage. The coin also features the name of the issuing country LIETUVA (LITHUANIA), the title of the coin KARTU SU UKRAINA (TOGETHER WITH UKRAINE), the year of issue (2023) and the Lithuanian mint mark.
