Lithuania 2 euro 2021 - Biosphere Reserve of Žuvintas - COIN ROLL

We are pleased to offer this newest release of the Lithuanian Mint.
This issue is dedicated to Žuvintas Biosphere Reserve (UNESCO's Man and the Biosphere Programme).

The design depicts the characteristic surroundings of Žuvintas Biosphere Reserve.
The coin features an image of a great bittern reaching for a fire-bellied toad floating in the water. On the right is an aquatic warbler and above a flock of common cranes and a mute swan, symbolising the establishment of the Reserve.

The name of the issuing country (LIETUVA) is minted along the upper edge of the coin.
Along the bottom edge are the inscriptions: ŽUVINTAS, UNESCO and 2021 (year of issue).
